Combine graceful ballet techniques with high-energy hip hop moves! This 35-minute class builds flexibility, rhythm, and cardiovascular health while dancing to age-appropriate music. Street shoes welcome!

Technique & Tumble
Build acrobatic skills for dance, cheer, or gymnastics! Progress through three levels with Coach Kristen: Beginner (all welcome), Intermediate (back walkover required), and Advanced (back handspring required).

Karate - TaeKwonDo
Train with DFW’s longest-running martial arts school (est. 1963)! Learn traditional Karate and Tae Kwon Do from 9th-degree black belt Bill Simpson. Build discipline, respect, and self-defense skills.

Level Up Lounge
Level up your game in the Level Up Lounge! Join our weekly Esports Tournament Mondays from 5:30-7:00 PM where teens compete for prizes and bragging rights. This exclusive teen space features the latest gaming consoles, tournament-ready setups, and a vibrant community of gamers ages 6-15.
