Epic Members,

We hope you are enjoying your time at The Epic.  We are informing you of an upcoming adjustment to our membership pricing, effective January 1^st, 2026.  Your current membership rate will be honored until 12/31/2025. 

This will be the first membership price increase implemented since the Epic opened in November of 2018.

This change is necessary to keep pace with increasing operational costs and to allow us to continue investing in the high-quality equipment, facilities, and programs that you, our valued members, deserve. 

Over the years, we have made improvements to the venue spaces, managed rising facility maintenance, added new fitness equipment, and offered group fitness class options at no additional cost to our members. 

This decision reflects a $10 per month or $120 per year increase for our family membership plans, and a $5 per month or $60 per year increase for our adult membership plans. There are no rate increases to day camps, staff led programs, or individual youth memberships.

The new rate for our memberships will be at the following rates:

As a bonus to you our members, we are offering the opportunity to lock in the current rates, at a 20% discount for annual memberships beginning Monday, November 3, 2025, and extending the offer until December 31, 2025.

Regardless of when your current membership expires, you can extend your membership an additional 365 days at the current rate until the end of the year.
